					<description><![CDATA[It was pointed out to me (thanks Marshall!) that my Vermont example showing a negative first differential is stupid.  Plus, I threw the plot up there quickly w/o formatting the X-axis.  Only takeaway from that plot is that the slope got lower from day 2 to 3 of having deaths... data is too small for a good 2nd order polynomial fit.  Sorry!  Might have been late at night...  :)]]></description>
